JOB SUMMARY
Assist with the development, scheduling, organization, and implementation of Division marketing services and materials.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphics Design, Arts, Business, or Public Administration, or closely related field, plus a minimum of one (1) year directly related work experience; OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Coordinates, schedules, and implements content for in-venue signage, including digital signage and printed posters.
• Creates and schedules marketing emails for venue clients and residents under the direction of Marketing Manager, including communication and coordination with clients, residents, and Division staff, and development of email copy and design.
• Assists with website content creation and updating, including planning, scheduling, SEO optimization, writing website copy, and other content creation.
• Facilitates printing, preparation, set-up, take-down, and organization of materials for event promotion and signage, Division branding efforts, and other Division marketing needs.
• Assists in fulfilling requests for marketing assistance from venue clients and residents, under the direction of Marketing Manager.
• Supports individualized marketing strategies and promotion of Division events, activities, and initiatives.
• Participates as part of the Marketing Team to complete special projects and staff Division events and activities.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires ability to sit at computer workstation for extended periods of time. Ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours. Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THIS POSITION
This is a 20-hour a week position and will require a hybrid work schedule. It will occasionally include working evenings or weekends in person at different locations around the County.
TEMPORARY POSITIONS:
An "At Will", FLSA non-exempt employee who is not eligible for County benefits and who must work an average of 29 hours or less per week or an average of 129 hours or less per month.
