JOB SUMMARY
Oversees the community relations, grants and sponsorship program to support Clark Planetarium’s mission and programs. Supervises the execution of strategic communications, public relations, and marketing for the division.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Education, Communication, Public Administration or other closely related field, plus four (4) years of directly related experience; of which one (1) year must have been in a supervisory capacity. Salary is dependent on experience. All job-related experience must be included on the resume portion for it to be considered in the salary offer.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is typically performed in a standard office environment, usually Monday through Friday. May require lifting and carrying up to a maximum of 50 lbs. and 6-8 hours of standing/walking on event days.

Late night, early morning and weekend schedule adjustments are occasionally necessary to accommodate special events.
