JOB SUMMARY

 

Consults with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develops sourcing strategies to leverage diverse, high-caliber candidates, and monitor requisition status to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or other closely related field; plus two (2) years of closely related experience in full life cycle recruiting; OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience.

 

Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must pass a required pre-employment background check and subsequent mandatory background checks in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.

 

Preference may be given to those with Highhigh-volume recruiting experience.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Conducts full life cycle recruitment,g including internal and external position postings, sourcing, screening, and recommending placement of staff for high volume positions.
  • Manages internal transfer of candidates, including screening, coordinating interviews, and offer details.
  • Utilizes a diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce.
  • Coordinates recruitment efforts with Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for hard-to-fill, highly specialized, and high-profile positions.
  • Develops and maintains excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure achievement of recruiting goals.
  • Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
  • Assist the applicant and hiring manager through the recruitment process to provide an efficient and positive experience.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system throughout the recruitment process.
  • Attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Provides insights to internal partners based on reports and analytics.
