JOB SUMMARY
Provides administrative support for division leadership. Supervises administrative support staff and oversees special projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Four (4) years of closely related experience; OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
Preference may be given to applicants with supervisory experience.
Preference may be give to applicants who are Bilingual in English and Spanish, and requires reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish fluently.
A valid Driver’s License accepted by the State of Utah is required at the time of hire. A valid Driver’s License issued by the State of Utah must be obtained within six (6) months of hire to operate a County vehicle.
Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.
Due to the nature of this role, vaccination or proof of vaccination may be required.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating Wednesday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. This position may supervisor multiple locations including South Main Public Health Center located at 3690 S. Main Street, South Salt Lake and Ellis Shipp Public Health Center located at 4535 S. 5600 West, West Valley City.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work duties are typically performed in a general office setting.
