JOB SUMMARY
Provides support in the design and administration of compensation practices, policies, and programs including data preparation and analysis. Guides and resolves issues for HR staff and agency administrators related to compensation philosophy, programs, and practices.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or other closely related fields; plus, four (4) years of HR-related experience, of which one (1) year must be in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs; OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience. Education may not be substituted for the required one (1) year of specific experience.
PeopleSoft HCM experience is preferred. Payfactors or other compensation management system experience is preferred.
Preference will be given to those currently residing in Utah.
Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must pass a required background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in the continuous RAP Back (Record of Arrest and Prosecution Back) program in accordance with current County Human Resources policy requirements.
